Fadnavis stated that the investigation is not just about sexual harassment but also includes serious allegations of forced religious conversion and hurting religious sentiments within the workplace. The SIT, led by ACP Sandeep Mitke, has reportedly grown to include more female officers to handle the increasing number of women coming forward following the police's public appeal.
