We must put an end to the days of multinational companies sacking trade union members.
The government must make sure that every worker is free to join a trade union without fear of sanction, and that every employer recognises the trade unions active in their workplace.

@surnamerob @PolitlcsUK You can't form a meaningful view of the "benefits bill" until you understand that a clear majority of that is the state pension... (which isn't what most think of as a benefit).
And we have an aging population, which is why the welfare budget is increasing

I was in college with a girl who as a teen was caught by a teacher kissing another girl. She begged them not to tell her father. The school did anyway.

At an emergency meeting of the NEC Officers we unanimously agreed Labour will not run a candidate in the upcoming Clacton by-election.
Farage can spend the next six weeks explaining to the voters of Clacton why he failed to declare donations. He can probably catch up on some casework whilst he’s at it too.

The scrutiny period for the EHRC's draft Code of Practice ends this week. This Code will enforce trans people's segregation, out them to others, and put them at increased risk of harassment, abuse and violence.
Despite more than 1 in 4 MPs signing my motion against the Code, it is due to come into force without any debate or vote in Parliament.
I have written to the Minister of Women and Equalities urging her to withdraw it now.

@PepperFyves you can have your opinions over AI, but it would be helpful to the situation to not attribute this mistake by discord to their AI moderation. this was a hashing mistake, not relate to AI at all

Fortunately I was not flagged by their system but I could have easily been. In the past I had done work that involved tartan patterns and I'm currently working on a flag design.
This is why you don't replace all of your support staff with AI. You've lost a lot of trust.
