I was badly wrong about Sweden today. Japan, having fought back to earn a draw against Germany, will be looking to secure three points and guarantee qualification for the Round of 32. Tunisia was one of the biggest disappointments of the opening round. A 5–1 defeat to Sweden and the dismissal of the head coach give me little reason to believe in an immediate turnaround. That said, it would be wrong to frame the match that way. Japan may have to adapt during the game to an opponent playing under a new coach. Tunisia, meanwhile, looked extremely vulnerable against stronger opposition, showing defensive disorganization and a lack of attacking ideas. It is unlikely that a coaching change alone will immediately solve those problems. I struggle to see a scenario in which Tunisia wins this match. My prediction: Japan to win @Polymarket

Happy Weekend, CT! Yesterday went absolutely perfectly. 3/3 predictions hit. Love to see it. I also considered taking an additional bet on Brazil vs Haiti: Brazil over 2.5 goals and Both Teams to Score - No. Thought about it for a while and decided to pass... and of course it landed perfectly. It is what it is. We've got another great slate of matches today, and hopefully the favorites on paper finally deliver. Here are my predictions on @opinionlabsxyz > Netherlands vs Sweden - Netherlands to win. I don't think this will be easy at all, and "Both Teams to Score" is probably worth considering, but I'm sticking with a Dutch victory. > Germany vs Ivory Coast - Germany to win. If the Germans play to their potential, they could win by a comfortable margin. That said, Ivory Coast is a dangerous team, so this won't be a walk in the park. > Tunisia vs Japan - Japan to win. This is the prediction I'm most confident in today. Although, whenever I say that, it's usually the one that ends up hurting me the most... let's see if this time is different. What do you think, friends?

Morocco is superior to its opponent in virtually every area of the pitch, and theoretically the only player from this Scottish side who could earn a place in Morocco’s starting lineup would be Scott McTominay @Polymarket However, the key factor in this matchup is winning experience. The backbone of the African team consists of semifinalists from the previous World Cup and recent winners of the Africa Cup of Nations. The excellent passing game that characterizes the North Africans’ midfield will force the nominal hosts to sit deep and defend close to their own goal. I expect Morocco to win. Overall, Scotland has already accomplished its main task by narrowly defeating Haiti in the first match. That result should be enough for them to secure qualification from third place.

Today’s match is USA vs. Australia @opinionlabsxyz Yesterday, the Czech Republic surprisingly dropped points quite a shock, to be honest. But let’s get back to the upcoming game. In October 2025, the United States struggled to edge past Australia in a friendly, winning 2–1. However, with the World Cup being played on home soil, the stakes are much higher this time. The Americans have developed a trend of starting strongly against opponents of a similar level. In recent friendlies, they scored twice against Senegal and four times against Uruguay in the first half alone. In their opening World Cup match, they also managed to break down Paraguay’s defense three times before halftime. The motivation is obvious: a victory would guarantee the USA a place in the knockout stage, most likely as group winners. An early goal, backed by the support of the home crowd, would allow the Americans to control the match and see out a comfortable win. Australia’s sensational victory over Turkey was a huge achievement. However, luck seemed to play a significant role. Sitting deep in defense with only 28% possession and still winning is not something that can be repeated consistently, especially when allowing the opposition to fire 30 shots at goal. The United States enter this match as clear favorites due to their superior quality, particularly in attack, as well as the advantage of playing at home. My prediction: USA to win.

TGIF! Happy Friday, CT Yesterday's predictions finished 2/3, and as usual, the one I was most confident about ended up missing. The Czech Republic really surprised me - honestly, I still have no idea what they were doing out there, but it is what it is... On the bright side, Switzerland vs Bosnia delivered a fantastic second half. Plenty of goals and definitely an entertaining watch. We've got another great slate of matches today, and hopefully the favorites on paper finally deliver. Here are my predictions on @opinionlabsxyz > Brazil vs Haiti - Brazil to win. After the draw against Morocco, I'm hoping Brazil comes out focused. They need all three points, and on paper this is a much weaker opponent. I expect a clean sheet and a win by at least 3-4 goals. > Scotland vs Morocco - Morocco to win. Scotland will fight hard because this is close to a must-win situation for them, but Morocco should have enough quality to get the job done. > USA vs Australia - USA to win. Australia will definitely make things uncomfortable, especially since they need points as well, but the United States are playing at home and should take all three points. What do you think, friends?

good morning friends for me friday always bit joyful day than usual today will be interesting watch world cup match United states – Australia which i found on @Polymarket essence in what interest for me, these two countries not associated with big football like popular, but united states one of countries that host world cup and they won their last game Australia also plays pretty good within popularity of football in country and they also won their last match in my view United states look stronger and home crowd support always adds confidence in game, so i lean toward win exactly United states

Mexico’s first match stood out not because of the result, but because of the number of red cards three across the two teams, just one fewer than during the entire previous World Cup @Polymarket . Now the tournament hosts are set to face their direct rival for first place in the group without their captain and defensive leader, Montes. In the opening match, Mexico deservedly defeated one of the weakest teams at the World Cup South Africa. The hosts immediately took control of the game and, whenever they lost possession, instantly pressed the South Africans with aggressive counter-pressing. After the red card, the match was effectively over. Against the Czech Republic, South Korea conceded first following a throw-in, but the goal looked undeserved given their complete dominance of the game. However, the team did not panic and showed that it can play from a position of strength, respond well to setbacks, and possesses excellent stamina. Moreover, the contribution of their star player, Son, to the victory over the Czech Republic was minimal. In three matches against North American opponents before the World Cup, the visitors did not suffer a single defeat, including a draw with Mexico. Such a result would suit both teams perfectly now, as four points would guarantee qualification from the group. My prediction is that Mexico will not win today.

Watching the Portugal vs. DR Congo match on @Polymarket There s a lot of hype around this match. I think it’s not just about the Portuguese national team itself, but also about its biggest star - Cristiano Ronaldo Without a doubt, Portugal is an excellent team. Plenty of stars, plenty of experience, and I believe the win will be theirs. But this World Cup has already shown that it can be full of surprises, so anything can happen I ll keep following this great event and sharing my predictions, not just on football What do you think? Who wins this one? And will Cristiano Ronaldo end up in tears once again this year?
