@waitrose hi there. Your coffee machine in Keynsham, Bristol is out of use more than half the time my wife and I go there to shop. If you can’t fulfil free coffee to members, please provide vouchers for the cafe? Thanks

@waitrose Every time I go to your shop in Thatcham, no one ever asks me for my waitrose card, they may ask the four elderly ladies ahead of me but they get to me, don't ask, I wait until they ask for money then ask if I can scan my reward card and usually get greeted with a huff.

@waitrose Thanks Karen - Going back on your earlier point, I receive vouchers for non-vegan food as well - Waitrose need to up their game on this as the loyalty card is clearly of little use to customers who choose a cruelty free lifestyle. To make a more formal complaint what can I do?

@waitrose Hi - I have never bought a non-vegan product in all my years shopping at Waitrose, but have just received all butter scones as a “little treat”. It removes the incentive to try and get rewards if they may be useless to you? Can this be subbed for something else?

@waitrose That’s such a shame - and feels unfair - Sainsburys for example always seem to tailor offers to my dietary needs. Clearly no point in making an effort to spend a little extra to get the treats if it will be likely I can’t use them.

@waitrose I received these flowers last night from my teenage children as a Mothers day gift. I’m extremely disappointed sadly. They are already turning brown and very wilted. This is not what I would expect for £25! I’m not letting the children know as they would be upset.

@waitrose Is your policy really to lose a loyal customer who spends £100s a month over a £3.60 technical glitch? Your terminal beeped, cashier didn't provide a receipt & now your support (Ref: 18563464) say they "can't" refund me despite proof. Is this the "Waitrose Way" now? 🙄
