@GeorgiaArlott Top tip - always keep a hospital bag by the front door, leave large notices for Ambulance Crew asking them to put her mobile into her bag. Consider buying cheap baby monitor camera from Amazon so you can monitor. Try hospital switchboard if you can't get through to A and E

My mum was taken to A&E by ambulance today. She was there for 10 hours and was unable to contact us as she wasn’t near her phone. A&E didn’t answer and we aren’t allowed to visit. I understand there’s a pandemic, but this system is very, very cruel…What a day. (mum is okay, btw)

We are heartbroken to learn about the passing of Geoff earlier this morning. His death is a profound blow to all of us. Geoff was not only a colleague for over six years but also a very close friend. Our thoughts are with Carly, his daughter and the rest of his family. 💜
