We’d like to not thank @Walgreens in Edina, MN for not filling our prescription over 12 hours after it was supposed to be ready, and then telling us to get back in the drive-though lane for another half hour wait, because they rerouted my prescription with zero notice whatsoever.

@Walgreens your Heath Ohio Pharmacy is bar non the worst . 2 days to get meds in. Then I was told 3 different times it was ready only for it not to be signed off by a pharmacist and asked to come back again . Beyond unacceptable and beyond poor customer service !!!!

What happened to @Walgreens? These stores were clean, well stocked, and a standard in retail. Today? Dirty, poorly trained staff, and the slowest pharmacy lines I’ve ever seen.

@Walgreens Unfortunately multiple stores in my area are not participating in the sale and the items checkout at full price. Will I be able to return the full price item at a store participating in the sale and rebuy it at the sale price?

@WallStreetApes When I call my Walgreens, which is 1/2 mile from my home, I am first sent to India !!! I guess for them to Somehow answer my question ?? 🤷 Never have they answered my question in India. 🤣 How does doing this save Walgreens money ??

@Walgreens You have got to be the worst customer service pharmacy on the face of the earth. Get more staff in your pharmacy. I should not have to be on hold for over an 1/2 or stand on long lines. Pathetic.
