@horsepower I haven’t done much testing with modern TVs but from my understanding, and what little time I’ve had with a few, input lag is significantly better than what it was even just 5 years ago. The TV would be great for racing games though.

I’m wondering how bad of an idea it would be to run one of these LG C5 OLED TVs as my PC monitor.
They’re 4K and 144hz.
I currently have the LG UltraGear pictured, however I want a bigger screen, 4K, and a better OLED panel. I don’t utilize the 480hz and I play games casually.

@ObeezyLive @LogitechG I would stay away from the Logitech G920 unless you are buying used. If you’re going to buy new would highly recommend the Moza R5 bundle or maybe the R3. The direct drive is a MUCH better experience than the logitechs gear drive. Fanatec also had entry DD options.

@_petalite The fact that jumps in performance aren’t what they used to be despite the fact that jumps in price are higher than ever has really made the space less attractive for sure.

Since Destiny is ending, here are my favorite Dungeons in order, agree or disagree? DUNGEONS (Best to Worst): 1. The Shattered Throne 2. Warlord's Ruin 3. Sundered Doctrine 4. Grasp of Avarice 5. Pit of Heresy 6. Equilbrium 7. Spire of the Watcher 8. Prophecy 9. Vesper's Host 10. Ghosts of the Deep 11. Duality What's your favorite and worst dungeon and why? Shattered Throne - Very fun especially if you played it when it first came out, it was new that started the Dungeon activity type. Duality & Ghosts of the Deep - Long encounters, boring, repetitive and more annoying than anything. What's your take?

@LFGAction @Dexerto Even when a game is free on Epic or I could get it cheaper on Game Pass I still choose to buy it on Steam because it’s just a better experience and I actually trust Steam. Plus having all my games in one place instead of having to have 5 different launchers installed is nice.

I really hope this goes well, because it would be good for BeamNG as a whole to expand over to consoles.
Hopefully not another Assetto Corsa situation where nobody wants to play it on console because the console version objectively sucks.

@TheMylesLive Like many others I started with the Logitech and I hated it. The clunky sounds/feel kept me from wanting to race. Highly recommend the Moza R3/R5 bundles. Haven’t tried the Fanatec wheels but I’m willing to bet they have an equivalent to the Moza wheels. DD is a must though imo.

If you are getting into Forza and want to buy a wheel, the most popular option is this Logitech G29/G920.
It’s the perfect starter wheel for sim racing. But, Unless you can find one used on FB marketplace, it is a very overpriced and underperforming wheel and here’s a couple of reasons why:
1) you’re paying $250 USD for outdated 14 year old technology, when there are far superior direct drive wheels for nearly the same price
2) Extremely basic force feedback (belt/gear driven, loud, clunky, underwhelmingly inaccurate force feedback)
If you can get one second hand for very cheap, it’s a great starter option.
I understand people don’t want to drop lots of money into single racing if they’re not sure they’re into it. But if you’re going to spend $250 on a starter wheel, there’s much better options s
