If you want i can get detailed. But this is a long conversation. The short version is that God wouldn't need to just "magic" us into existence. The rules of the universe are not things he has to get around, they are the rules he created. And so God primarily works within the rules, not becaise he is somehow forced to, but becaise they are his rules. If God wants to make a species of reasoning apes in his image, what does he is do? Magic them into existence? or use his rules to bring them about. (((An example.
