@TheEalingRoad Talk about having depth is done. We are paper thin now. It's laid bare that our back line, which maybe used to be a strength, is leaky. Maybe one first-team sub in midfield? Would love Europe next year, but how can it be done when we need strenghthening in every third?

@joshh_bfc Totally agree... except I feel that for a while Ben Mee did the job we needed. Collins is too inconsistent. We do desperately need a Van De Ven-ish presence, and when Spurs go down maybe we can get him! May need to re-evaluate Collins as captain next season?

Best bit of business we can do in the summer is spending big money on a centre back/No. 6 who is a proper leader and marshals the defence. Ever since Raya and Pontus have left it’s felt like the organisation and overall quality has fallen off a ridiculous amount

@CammyWaffles In principle I think you are right on, but I would prefer Donovan came on here, he's more creative and has more drive. Forget Nelson... he's really shown no finishing ability at all, had some golden chances and fluffed them. Bring Ajer on for Collins.

This sub here killed it. I get a player is injured by why waste a sub window? Why not bring on Reiss from the get go then sub Donavon off for Dango? Kept klp at left back where he was playing unreal. We just let them attack us, nothing back at all.

@joshh_bfc He got stick for doing like-for-like subs earlier in the season... but I agree the ones today seemed disorganized and likely to be confusing to the players on the field. They did not help.

That shitshow at Burnley was only a couple of weeks ago, and yet Keith was still somehow so incredibly naive as the exact same thing happening from 40 minutes onwards.
If Donovan and Yarmo came on for Schade and Damsgaard we win that. But hes proving that he can’t make good subs

@freelander97 This except Hendo for Bentt. Sub Hendo at 60 minutes. Bentt is totally untested and should not be starting when we have Hendo. All assuming it's as bad as it seemed for Damsgaard (hope it isn't). Nelson will have to be the back-up attacker, but I could do without him forever.

@craigtbfc It's true. I don't know how people went on and on about our depth. All of the fringe A team players who might have helped have been loaned (except Donovan) or are out (e.g., Carvalho, Milambo), and with these starters injured we are paper thin. Gonna be a difficult run-in....

Game management is honking, Collins and Henderson dreadful again, and don’t get me started on Reiss Nelson missing his opportunity to finally be useful.

Absolutely atrocious 2nd half.
0 shots on target against the team bottom of the league and bottling a 2 goal lead.
Schade awful once again, Damsgaard injured. Nelson on instead of Donovan for some reason.
Tonight was our opportunity to go within 4pts of a UCL spot. Terrible.
