@NedNeddyboy08 @rod_bridgers I don’t think any coach can have us ranked most of the year without a P4 level NIL budget. It’s all about the numbers now , kids will go where they are paid

@willscustomss @rod_bridgers I’m not saying he’s a bad coach but imo it was definely time to start fresh and we need to life into the program. He can succeed at a high level but I don’t think he would have us in a place to succeed in the next couple years. (Succeed=ranked most of the year)

@NedNeddyboy08 @rod_bridgers Offer full context . First 5 years was under investigation from the ncaa and took away 2 scholarship spots . Then after he went to 1 NCAA , and then went to a final four . All while the budget wasn’t increased a meaningful amount. You seeing things differently now?

@NedNeddyboy08 @rod_bridgers You literally set a coach up for death in 2025 with a 2 million dollar budget . They didn’t want him here and that’s fine. But when you try to get a top Hs recruit and another school offers him our WHOLE budget for one year what can you do?

I’m seeing the same conversation across State, Wake, and Pitt twitter. The Josh Goodsons of the fanbases (aka coach apologists) continue to blame NIL while the burnerverse and other fans clown them. Majority of all 3 fan bases are sick of their coaches and for good reason.

@willscustomss @Packbyamilli What we have now isn't the answer , after the big wave last year with the big national attention and he couldn't do anything more than this .. NIL funding and player ratings don't always coincide with a successful team , "His talent" put us in the dumper this year
