Less “resident appreciation happy hours” and more things that help me pay my bills like gee idk housing supplements, real salaries, free on campus parking, affordable childcare with hours that account for what time residents actually go to work…

Why is it that OR arm boards are out to get me????? Placing them? Removing them??? I got into medical school and now surgery residency but these freaking guys are calling all that into question… “u just slide it on” “u just raise the little lever” “u just press the button”
