@gluecksalpaca @PrinceLukai Best experiences I've had introducing new comers is a one shot with premades so they can interact with an intense and compelling short story. Usually after this, they're chomping at the bit for a long form campaign!

@Rashamonn Because of this, I can't afford to create content in DMs guild. I make my content through Patreon and painstakingly attempt to keep the legal stuff kosher.

Unpopular opinion(?) DMs Guild should be ashamed at taking 50% cut from you creators. Its "you should be lucky to even BE here" bullshit that has plagued the games industry for decades. Even Steam only takes 30, and they rightly get shit about it. Thoughts? #ttrpg #dnd5e
