Someone else pays the buildings insurance. Someone else handles the maintenance. Renting isn’t throwing money away IF your money is working hard elsewhere. Sometimes it’s the smartest trade in the room.

IMHO Calmac is now getting picked up by Scots refs more. In Europe their speed advantage is less so refs book them.

@hjluks Took a while to get to the NHS specialist for my twisted knee. "You've this that and the other and we could consider the knife, but the biggie is you've strained your duck foot. Do these exercises and you'll get back to 95%+. Unknown things happen with surgery. Do the physio."

Previous 4… -Only one exam -All repeated X-rays -2 MRIs. - One Special NY hospital often insists their MRIs are better and wants new ones 🤦‍♂️. The fourth doc started PT 🙌 🥳 4 surgical recommendations... but 3 different procedures. PT is working. Me: “Do you think you need an operation?” Them: No. I feel pretty good. Me again. “Cool… nice meeting you. Have a great weekend”. I wish these were rare or isolated cases.
