Lots of amplification. Almost no original observations, progress reports, lessons learned, or hard questions being answered. 💚 Green flag: The team regularly publishes things that didn't exist yesterday. A product insight. A mistake they fixed. A metric worth debating. Something that creates discussion instead of borrowing it. To me, projects earn credibility when they generate signal, not when they rent attention. That's one reason @RallyOnChain caught my eye. Distribution matters, but someone still has to create information worth distributing. Curious what others think: Would you trust a project more if it had fewer promoters but more original updates?
