I’ve read books after seeing the movie/show; I’ve seen shows after reading the books. Best option: read books that take place after having seen a show up to that point. Reading Expanse 7, 8, 9 is amazing since I know the characters so well, but it’s a fresh story.

I love watching the Olympics. These athletes dedicate the primes of their lives in pursuit of excellence that no one notices except for once in four years, with almost no money at stake except for the very, very few. Inspiring.

@mi3law I think the innovation there starts with potentially sending folks trained for mental health crises as an “early response,” which some municipalities are starting to explore.

@zerogee Thanks for the chat! This is definitely a very different opportunity than Sprinter's current offers. I wonder how many mental health professionals are currently underutilized though when they could instead bring a comforting touch to their communities.

I was in my email when signups for a school 5-11 vaccine clinic came in. By the time I clicked signup, 50% of slots were full. By the time I filled out the information … the other 50% were full.

Just hit my 350th ride / 179 week streak on Peloton. This isn’t celebratory-shows the danger of vanity metrics. My fitness level has been decreasing but I’ve kept the streak alive with the “bare minimum.” Need to concentrate on what matters!

I'm continually amazed by the reasoning of why entrepreneurs are in healthcare. There seems to be a genuine desire to make an impact on others that goes far beyond "because I can make a successful business."
