I don’t think there will be a war between India and Pakistan. Actually to me I didn’t see big difference in character between the two except the religion. But both of them they play very well politics and most of the time are friends . That’s why it’s hard for any one of them to win . They know each other very well. Pakistani colleagues are masters at good deals . That’s why I’m not surprised about their collaboration with China . They got the best deal a country can get the best weapons with the least budget . That’s smart 😉
