I’m Andrew and I’m obsessed with golf.
A few months ago I was prepping for a trip to Streamsong. Never played it. Knew it was going to be expensive so I wanted a game plan going into the trip.
So…I fed Claude my carry yardages, miss tendencies, and wedge setup. Had it research each hole and build me a personalized game plan.
Club selection. Target lines. Where to miss. How to play around the greens.
It worked. The game plan held up.
Did the same thing for a tournament at The Golf Club at Devils Tower. Few tricky holes I still wasn’t sure how to play. Same result.
Then I thought — every serious golfer spending $300-3,000 on a destination round deserves the same thing.
So I built it.

@mhp_guy We source land for national home builders, outsource the civili engineering, get the municipality to stamp and approve the civil plans, and then sell all lots at once to the builder

$1.7 million in profit flipping land they dont own.
Zero money down. With 95% margins.
These dudes are Carson and Jackson. They're 23 and 26.
Their best month ever was 37 deals and $532,000 in profit. In 30 days.
They've never seen most of the properties they flip. They do it all from their phone.
This is land wholesaling. But not in the typical way you think. Kind of a reverse method.
They aren't lowballing sellers or pretending to be the actual buyer. They start with the buyer first.
They call home builders and say:
"i see you built nine homes last month. What would you pay for more land?"
Builder might say "$50,000 for anything in this neighborhood."
Done.
Then they find sellers at $40,000 and keep the $10,000 difference. Deal closes in two to three weeks.
One guy they know did his first land deal for $110,000 profit in 30 days.
In this episode they:
- Break down the exact builder-first method they use to lock up deals
- Show me the free tools you need to start
- Give me the math on how to make $100K a year doing one deal a month
- Explain why land has 90% fewer variables than houses
- Walk through their $140,000 first big deal at 19 and 21 years old
This one blew my mind. So freaking cool.

@CoreyPavin95 One day a complete 18 is coming for both of us

@ryanmouquegolf What do you suggest? Saw the vid yesterday and just wanted to give it a try

@APGlea21 IMO… this isn’t a drill you should be doing…
Your backswing isn’t deep enough and you don’t rotate your body enough so the right foot and knee move out to help you shallow out a steep swing 🙂
English

@hatolson The recently aerated the greens so in 2 more weeks it’s going to be completely back to mint

Definitely one of my favorite drills from @drakesmith__ so many things feel right. Transition, ground force, rotation…
Now to figure out how to have the same feeling with my normal swing 🤔
English

@APGlea21 Yeah that’s a good way to do it. I should probably start doing more active warm ups that isn’t just hitting balls
English

When I was powerlifting, one of more interesting topics was what is the proper way to warm up? What exercises, how to progress the weight, how many reps/sets etc.
I’ve started to think about this in terms of golf specifically for pre round warmups.
I’ve been keeping track of how many balls I’ll hit until I feel my body is “ready”. Loose, can trust my hands without forcing positions with them.
I’m at around 25-30 balls right now. It’s gone down as I started practicing the first few holes in my head while warming up instead of thinking about my swing. Focusing on the process has helped me warm up faster.

@JaredB_BSBL Time for a new coach that isn’t trying to re-live his glory days through 12u baseball

@BigSwingTempo It’s solid. Greens are always in great shape
