@BBCBreaking Vape shops everywhere, causes fires quite often and the damage it’s causing to young people! The amount of kids below the age of 12 that are using them, enticed with the flavours. Not surprised a shop caused so much damage.

@PetplanUK @rhodzy It’s astronomically high! Over 100% increase in the last 3 years! Shocking and sad. I can’t recommend Petplan and not forgetting the 20% increase when your pet turns 10. It’s not justifiable for over doubling in short space of time.

@rhodzy Hi @rhodzy We’re sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the increase in your premiums. Currently the cost of treating pets is higher than we have seen in previous years, which is why premiums have increased by more than usual. We have to either pay less claims or put prices 1/3

Absolutely awful customer service and quoting a policy that was never shared when booking a holiday. Family of 4 sat separately on long haul flight. Not a great start to a holiday considering we had to pay extra for luggage! @TUIUK @loveholidays

It couldn’t get any worse after being scammed we go to check in find one child not sat next to parent,check in manager to announce its because we booked a cheap holiday! @TUIUK

@TUIUK I’ve been assigned seats by Jet2; Emirates; Virgin; BA even TUI and have never been separated as a family with our kids and on a 10 hour flight

@AgentDimps Hi Asha, when flying with TUI Airways, you'll be assigned seats by us as standard. Customers are given the option to pre select seats for a small fee, should they wish to choose their own seat numbers, therefore being guaranteed to be sat together ^Jo

@TUIUK So why are you assigning seats separately for a family on a 10 hour flight and no advice prior that if you’ll want to be seated together with your kids you’ll have to pay? ? I have never had this before and it’s just not great start to a holiday to be honest.

@TUIUK We paid for our luggage but didn’t know we had to buy our seats. This is just terrible, it was already surprising we had to buy our luggage allowance and now seats!

Does not make sense. It was shortly after take-off so how did he know there was an issue? How did he get the door open? They are very difficult to open when on the ground. How did he not get hit and killed by a wing, the fuselage or ingested into the engine? How did he not get killed hitting the ground? Maybe he caused it by opening the emergency hatch and throwing the flight characteristics of the aircraft off? Or he's just lying to get a payday from Air India!!
