Beautiful skiing today, but it was a long day. Meech Lake seems a long way down and we'd skied pretty far before we crossed it to start climbing to this lookout. Fortunately we were fueled by some of @DaintryT's fruitcake.

During the Canadian Reception in #hmcssaskatoon and #hmcsyellowknife during Seattle Seafair, a leadership challenge resulted in the ultimate hockey match - Canada vs the US (or RCN (CCFP) vs the USCG (Comd D13)). Guess who won!!!!

Last year Amy had to take this race off to recover from an IT band injury. This year @AmyTopshee has returned from #UBC to crush this long course! Congratulations Amy! #SwimRunVictoria
