@AlyssaJoyJaffee I’m rounding in the hospital today as an attending neurologist and i have been asked how old I am and if I am qualified enough to see them. It’s pretty ridiculous. In the VC world it’s even worse. Most VCs don’t believe I’m a doctor…usually by then, I just end the pitch & leave

Look, I'm glad that this study was productive but have we really gotten to a place where women have to wear a giant sign that says "DOCTOR" so people will respect them? "After 8 weeks of wearing 'Doctor,' the 66 female residents reported fewer episodes of gender bias."
