4 clear nights! 13.5 hours! Right: NGC 7331 – a spiral galaxy ~40 million light years away. Left: Stephan’s Quintet – 5 galaxies, 4 locked in a dance ~290 million light years away. Light that left before humans existed, now on my camera. #Astrophotography

My rendition of Jupiter in true colour on March 21st, jointly captured by myself and Damian Peach. This is a single OSC stack - one that was far better than the rest of the dataset. Europa is seen at right with subtle surface features. 24" Dob, Uranus-C at 8750mm f/14.6.

I finally managed to capture Jupiter's Great Red Spot! I could also see it by eye though a 15mm eyepiece! Captured on 21st March 2026 from my back garden in Hemyock. Skymax 127, 2x barlow, UVIR cut filter and Player One Neptune CII #Devon #astrophotography

Jupiter from the poorish seeing last night in St Albans. Spanning a period of 55mins and Winjupos derotation doing a great job to hold it together. Ganymede's shadow and GRS on show

Jupiter yesterday morning from home. Great conditions with 3 Galilean moons nearby - Ganymede's prominent surface features are visible, with the dark spot of Isum Patera also sighted on Io. 24" Dob & Uranus-C camera. Last image shown here is the simulated view via WinJUPOS.

LDN 1251 The Rotten Fish Nebula captured from my dark site in southern France this month 🇫🇷 😊🔭 This was shot on the EdgeHD 8 with Hyperstar for a total integration time of about 4 hours using an OSC cam with just the UV/IR-Cut filter. #Astrophotography

@astromatthewt It's an old Helios 200P which I have modified to make it equivalent to the current skywatcher 200 pds
