Attention Coaches!!! Our class teamed up with @AthensAL Recreation Dept, to try a Ryegrass project. We were looking for a way for smaller schools, that do not have the budget for a Fairway Mower to be able to stripe their athletic fields.

We are sure plenty of coaches have had this idea but never tried it for fear it wouldn’t work. So our classes in the fall wanted to test things out. We used perennial and annual ryegrass to make the contrast in color.

Played 9 holes out at White Plains Golf Course today and spotted some white clover at the edge of one of the greens. Thanks to @swag_drnat turf management class for helping me learn how to identify different types of weeds! #tntech #tntechag #wearetntech #wingsup
