@GeorgeHindle46 I actually do agree George. Whenever one of those Spectres has driven past me in London it has just oozed class. There is so little noise from the Rolls Royce 6.75L V12 it almost might as well be electric to be fair.

@AutoInfatuation I actually think the EV makes a lot of sense in a Rolls. Quiet and smooth. Exactly what a Rolls should be. No one’s buying one for the V12 noise are they

My Eldest son’s school take part in a 10 day ethical Chick 🐣 hatching program every year to give the younger children the experience of watching them hatch, handling them and showing general compassion. Every day after school we’ve heard about these Chicks and my 5 year old has fallen head over heels in love with them. Long story short, today is day 11 and we now have 9 baby Chicks living in our house apparently 😂 🤷‍♂️🐥 *We had 8 chickens about 12-13 years ago so this isn’t a new experience for us FYI, have plans for a lovely hutch/run in the garden for them when they have their feathers*

I quite like this for my sins, range is more than enough for most too so can’t slate it there. But 2,300kg to be able to do that!?!??! My 2017 Long Wheel Base, 5.2m long 7 Series weighed just under 2,200kg and that had a whopping great V12 under the bonnet 😬

@AutoInfatuation Probably used Evri. I had a Brembo caliper bolt not never turn up after 9 days. Tracked to Evri depot then vanished.

Found the only set of Metallic Chilli Red headlight washer caps in the UK that were advertised, via the Jaguar X-Type owners group. One side is missing, the other seems ok but was annoying me. The guy wanted £25 all in. He seems fine but he sent them last Wednesday morning, it is now Tuesday and they’ve not arrived yet. Trying to work out if there’s a cheap enough postage option that’ll take a week to arrive or he’s for some reason not sent them when he said he has? Either way I paid via PayPal goods and services so get my money back but bloody annoying as in this colour, proper Jag ones are hard to find 😑

@AutoInfatuation If he sent them second class it can take at least a week Uk post is utter shite now Our own postie freely admits they concentrate more on parcels as they make more money The letters they go out every 2-3 days

First time I experienced one was on the park and ride in Cambridge. Genuinely makes a tonne of sense in Buses doing city runs especially. Local haulage firm to me has a couple of Fully electric trucks that do local deliveries. When I’m on the school run in the mornings I’ll always see it drive past - so odd not hearing that Diesel rumble as it goes past.

On an electric bus for the first time going to fetch Ami from its current hiding place How can anyone experience this and think “nah I’d rather the rattly old diesel”?

Obviously awful for anyone potentially losing their job but I’ve had a fair few run ins with NCP over the years, some I’ve won and some I’ve given in and paid the fines. Mainly at London Gatwick as it felt like they had a Vendetta with 8 Passenger Sprinter at the South Terminal on several occasions. Horrendous company to deal with. Interested to see what happens to the car parks they oversee though 🤔
