@MrBizTweets @GrantCardone There are some positions that allow for 4/10 type of schedules. They still work 40 hours a week though. Since telework actually increases productivity and efficiency I believe they should increase it, not reduce it. Most fed positions don’t allow it.

@GrantCardone I agree with 5 days, but i thought the debate was working in the office 5 days every week. If the latter, depending on the job responsibilities, I don't agree with that stance.

Federal employees should be REQUIRED to work 5 days a week! How can this even be a debate?

@EPLPeter @GrantCardone This is grossly incorrect. Most don’t make the equivalent of the private sector or even close. Most of the fed jobs are military support roles. It might look good from the outside but go try it. It’s an underpaid suck fest with fairly low morale.

@GrantCardone Who the hell said they aren’t? Most fed employees are supporting the military, they’re the backbone of it. They have roles of every type, some they make sense teleworking and it’s actually way more efficient. Workloads don’t decrease just because of TW.

@TeeNOLA1 @TRUMP_ARMY_ Pretty insulting insinuation, actually. Most work their asses off in military support rolls. Less than half work remotely and the DOD has leaned out a lot of positions that existed so many are carrying 2-3 workloads vs 20 yes ago. FYI - TW doesn’t decrease workload.

@TRUMP_ARMY_ 1st, most federal employees support the military, they’re not DC swamp. Cutting the military is foolish 2nd, telework has been proven to be more efficient. Workloads don’t decrease while TW. Plus it decreases risk/cost. So it actually hurts efficiency, the opposite.

@gbjohns53 @TRUMP_ARMY_ Only about 15% even work in DC. Musk and Vivek are incorrectly conflating the federal work force with the swamp. Most of the fed workforce is supporting the military.

@TRUMP_ARMY_ Let them quit. Then, relocate as many of the government agencies as is possible OUTSIDE of DC. Move them to the States.

It’s the backbone of the military and you want the military strong + big so Trump doesn’t need to use it. Realize the DOD operates its own supply chain, engineering, maintenance, contracting, social medias, edu etc.

@therabbithole @elonmusk Most already do. The DOD is forced to submit and comply to a ton of metric-based work. submitting DARs and WARs like this is actually a massive waste of time for employees jamming out routine workloads, like scheduling, planning, parts delivery etc. This is not efficient.

@elonmusk Not even remotely close to the same entities. The DOD alone is like having 250,000 Space Xs, with its own supply chain and version of X, Youtube & school and a massive mission. It’s the backbone of the military, which you want to keep strong or Trump will be dealing with war.

Which also means you’ll be funding/fighting more wars like Ukraine. So yes, it’s your problem.
