Japan gets a pass because they live in a nation prone to earthquakes, where they only have two burner stoves and have to feed them off small gas bottles they lug up the stairs themselves. The rest of you bastards have NO GODDAMNED EXCUSE

I didn't want to spoil the moment by replying directly to either of them... But @planefag must have been calling on every ounce of his inner strength not to crash out at the mention of a rice cooker.

You’re there, you’re 7-8 years old, you start the battle against Cynthia, that OST kicks in… you’re underleveled, no more items left, your team is half KO’d, and her Pokémon just keep coming out of nowhere.

@planefag @DrewPavlou The house isn't what's worth money, it's the land. Developers will buy it, demolish the house, subdivide the land, and build 5 shoebox houses on the block that they will sell for 800k a piece.

One of the biggest doomer blackpills of my life. I met someone the other day who put together a group of three Australian families and together they bought a literal French castle as a timeshare holiday home. And the literal FRENCH CASTLE costs less than the median house price in Brisbane. Every single shitbox house in my suburban street 45 minutes drive from the city costs more than a literal FRENCH CASTLE. I don’t think young Australians have internalised this fact yet. For example, this random French castle I found online sells for about $1.4 million AUD. Meanwhile literal collapsing shitboxes in Bankstown Sydney sell for $2 million AUD. People will reply: “Just build more houses!” We have the second highest house construction rate in the developed world yet it’s STILL NOT ENOUGH. If you’re a young Australian, please don’t tie yourself down to 30 years of mortgage slavery for a literal shitbox when you could buy a FRENCH CASTLE for less.

Here is a practical reality lesson of being an employee, especially at a small company like LTT that grows. You can't necessarily expect your "worth" to actually be worth more than any other employee, just by the nature of being one of the first. If you didn't negotiate a vested interest in your employment contract, then "you get what you get and you don't get upset" when the company grows. And your role is going to change, sometimes for the better, sometimes not. That's not necessarily the companies fault. Some employees will win with the changes, some will lose, it's the nature of the beast. And when the market and/or government policy screws you out of the ability to own a home, you can't expect your employer to radically hike your pay to match your dreams. That almost never happens. If you want a radical step up in pay then you usually have to change jobs. Or take a risk and start your own business. I wish Jake the best of luck. youtube.com/watch?v=gqVxgc…

A huge reason the right wing is so fixated on Will Stancil: Many of them walked this exact path. They were bright-eyed chungus libtards who genuinely did just want healthcare for everyone Eventually, they realized influential people on the left didn’t ACTUALLY want the healthcare stuff (or they would be acting very differently, and supporting very different policies) So they abandoned the left, jaded and fairly poisoned against the whole thing When they look at Will Stancil, they see themselves from a decade ago. And not in a good way It’s like gazing into a mirror and seeing a retarded, disfigured version of yourself staring back at you It makes you want to lash out violently to shatter the reflection

i’ve noticed this pattern: people who create regularly complain less. they have somewhere to put their frustration and a place to channel the chaos. people who don’t create just carry it around. let it turn them bitter while they scroll and spectate and wish they were doing something.

@GPrime85 Hero guy didn't shoot because he didn't know how to use the shotgun. It's a cucked Australian straight-pull that needs to be rechambered manually after each shot. Shooter fired right before he got disarmed so there was a spent round in the chamber.

"Hero Guy didnt shoot because it would have been illegal" Governments that protect criminals and refuse to protect their citizens are illegitimate. The police could TRY to arrest Hero Guy but they gave up their authority when they didn't do their job.

@TheArbiterUSA @Rainovertrees @gorilla_rape He didn't know how to use the gun. It's not a semi-auto and you need to manually rechamber after each shot. He disarmed the guy right after he shot so there was a spent shell in the chamber and he didn't know how to make it shoot.

if you watch the videos , it becomes clear that this muslim spared the other guys life (because he was a muslim) who then runs off back to the bridge to pick up another gun to keep shooting from hero of the country to ethnic traitor in a few seconds

UPDATE: The hero of Bondi has been named. He is Ahmed el Ahmed, a 43 year old fruit shop owner who grabbed the gun off one of the terrorists, he was subsequently shot in the leg and shoulder by another terrorist. Praying that his surgery goes well. He is currently in hospital.
