@Teejumolaa To some extent they do. Most simply ignore it. Whenever I sniff my cloth, I can tell if it has an odor to it(especially one I've worn under sweaty conditions). Also, if I've not showered for a long while, I notice the odour too. The one that is impossible to detect is mouth odour

People with body odor, can they smell themselves that they are smelling already. Or their nose with time gets used to it and the brain thinks it’s just normal.
