On April 3, during a massive Russian attack on Ukraine, a veterinary clinic in Chabany, near Kyiv, was struck.
Helpless animals, some receiving treatment and others in temporary care, were trapped inside. Emergency teams worked tirelessly to evacuate them, provide oxygen, and stabilise the injured.
Tragically, not all could be saved. Russia is deliberately targeting all life and must be held accountable for its ongoing crimes. For Ukrainians, every life matters – and we will continue to protect it.

Let me read you the MAGA checklist. 👇🏼
We were going to release the Epstein files.
Until Trump showed up in the Epstein files. So we bombed people to distract from them.
We bombed a school in Iran with young kids in it.
We built Alligator Alcatraz — a sewage-backed penitentiary for immigrants in Florida — and laughed about it on camera.
We kidnapped children and didn't know where we were sending them.
We manipulated the markets. Repeatedly.
We accepted a $400 million jet as a bribe and kept it after leaving office.
We excoriated allies who stood with us for over a century.
Threatened to attack a NATO country. Treated Canada like an enemy.
We came after the First, Fourth, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendment rights of American citizens.
Every price in America went up because of the tariffs.
Then came the tax bill - if you make a million dollars or more — $7,000 benefit.
If you make $50,000 or less — we're taking $500 away from you.
But here's what's finally moving the needle: Gas prices.
It turns out the red line for MAGA is $8 a gallon going into the 250th birthday of America.
Nobody wants to grill hot dogs and explain to their kids why it costs $120 to fill the tank.
The approval ratings are going into the gutter.
And he doesn't care.
That's the part that should terrify everyone.

Ted Cruz is a whining little man. Yet another ass kissing moron.

The unfortunate consequences for Europe of the last month will reverberate for decades.

@OccupyDemocrats As a European I am glad we finally woke up to this deranged administration. It was about time. Even with a next admin, the question is if the trust is irreparable.

BREAKING: ABSOLUTE ISOLATION! Trump is left out in the cold as the UK holds an emergency meeting with 30 other countries to resolve the Hormuz Crisis … and the US is completely excluded!
More than 30 countries held a virtual meeting to figure out how to get oil tankers moving again through the Strait of Hormuz after Trump’s war shut it down.
The meeting is being chaired by the United Kingdom’s foreign secretary, and the United States wasn't even invited!
This is a stunning development. For decades, the U.S. Navy has been the guarantor of freedom of navigation in critical waterways like the Strait of Hormuz. Now, under Trump, America is sitting on the sidelines while allies try to clean up the mess he created.
The illegal war Trump started has left the global economy reeling and shows no sign of abating as Marines prepare to deploy, the Iranians dig in, longstanding alliances that secured geopolitical stability crumble.
Now, he’s so incensed America’s longstanding allies they don’t even want his minions at the table to help fix the crisis he caused.
If Trump abandoning America’s traditional role as protector of freedom of navigation while allies scramble to reopen the Strait of Hormuz disgusts you, like and share to call it out: This isn’t America First, it’s America AWOL!

Let me walk you through what happened one hour before Trump announced the five day moratorium on Iran strikes.
$1.5 billion in notional S&P E-mini futures contracts. Four to six times normal activity.
One hour before the announcement.
Simultaneously, $192 million in crude oil futures purchased at the same time.
They made between $300 and $400 million dollars off those trades.
Trump claimed he spoke to an Iranian official to negotiate the moratorium.
The Iranians said that person doesn't exist and the conversation never happened.
This is not the first time.
It has happened multiple times. He says something. The trade goes on. He says another thing. The market moves.
But whatever you call it — they are laughing at you and they are laughing at me while they do it.
Hunter Biden sold a painting and Washington lost its mind.
These people are making hundreds upon hundreds of millions of dollars trading on information that only exists inside the most powerful office in the world.
I think we are dramatically underreporting how much money is actually being made here.
This isn't politics anymore.
This is a financial operation running out of the White House.

If you like vegetables, and want to be plant-based, you should be an enthusiastic supporter of cows.
Follow the logic, because it's worth following.
A cow eats grass. Grass is a plant. The cow converts that grass, along with clover, wildflowers, sedges, rushes, and whatever else grows in its field, into meat, fat, and milk using a digestive system of baroque complexity that took millions of years to engineer. Four stomachs. A rumen full of specialised microbes. The ability to extract nutrition from fibrous plant matter that would pass straight through you undigested.
The cow is doing the veganism for you. More thoroughly than you could. More efficiently than you could. Without the supplement aisle.
And while it does this, the field underneath it is being aerated by hooves, fertilised by manure, managed by grazing patterns that prevent scrub encroachment, and maintained as the kind of diverse grassland that supports more insect, bird, and invertebrate species than arable farmland does by a considerable margin.
Compare this to the alternative: a field of monoculture soy or wheat, ploughed annually, drenched in herbicide, stripped of topsoil cohesion across decades of mechanical tillage, from which the small mammals and ground-nesting birds are comprehensively excluded.
The cow eats the plants. The cow improves the land. The cow then becomes the most nutrient-dense food on the planet.
You get the plant power. The environment gets the grazing. The cow gets a field and a purpose.
It is the most efficient veganism imaginable. The cow just handles the unpleasant bits.
