let's wait to hear those zealously supporting #MAID as quasi-inherently beneficial practice explain this away again w "solution is not to prevent MAID but increase support", ignoring that mere availability & promotion of #MAID causes direct harm & removes incentive to do more

@jessiecai0721 #EpicFail by @kiwicom247 by refusing a full refund for flights book within 12 hours for a medical emergency and saying they'll only refund 10 Euros of a 1300 Euro booking. So upsetting to not help a customer like this.
