With all due respect to this creator, this post helped me conceptualize the divide in the Dem party in a different way just now. Those who get starry eyed when they see the dems do the absolute bare minimum and those who don't. It reminds me of the southern wives that make up some of my peers who will make a social media post about their husband because he took the trash out without being asked to or he picked a single weekend out of the month to spend with the family.

I think it's less likely that it's antisemitism and more likely that it's just historical ignorance that someone may believe the actions of the Israeli state are uniquely evil. They are not unique. The German Nazi party, the South African National Party, Turkish Grey Wolves are a few that come to mind. Upon learning of these, it would be made clear that Zionism is not remotely unique when it comes to brutal and oppressive ideologies.
