Right before the decision @Polymarket showed a spike of optimism for <5 years imprisonment, however reality is 15 years under bars. Let me remind you Do Kwon is responsible for massive fraud tied to the 2022 collapse of TerraUSD (UST) and Luna, wiping out ~$40 billion in investor value and sparking a broader crypto market crisis. His sentences are : - Misleading Investors on Stability - Ponzi-like High-Yield Deception - Fleeing Accountability (forged passports, fraud and conspiracy). Crypto markets are still the Wild West, but the regulators and gendarmes have arrived. In the end he got 1 year for each $3 billion lost of investments. Sounds fair for you? Still too soft IMHO
