I use this CONSTANTLY. It's almost the only thing besides vanilla agents I use regularly. And it's so simple, it's just a prompt! Run it before committing. Run it when you feel like things are growing hairy. Codex-5.3-high does this very well 😙👌

@Dimillian About 800 million tokens, I would say maybe 5 hours of my time in total. It’s not quite active prompting, I usually just send a major prompt task then come back after 20-30 minutes.
