@wandyvirus Christianity is not the new euphemism for Igbos. There has been marginalization of Christians including Yoruba Christians in Surulere for close to 20 years. You can't be marginalizing your brothers because they are Christians. You now turn it to Igbo matter when you are calld out

Yorùbá! Yorùbá!! Yorùbá!!! Ẹ̀meèló ni mo pè yín??? Pay attention to what is going on. The people we elected don't have enough làákàyè to decipher these things I'm about to distill. 1. The Sùrúlérè religious undertone finally confirms one thing. Christian is the new euphemism for Ibo. Yorùbá open your eyes and your minds. When they agitate for "equal" political representation in your region, they are not fighting for "Yorùbá Christians". It is a back door policy to gain access into your political space and control it. We have some grumblings here and there but generally Yorùbás don't give a hoot about your religion, we are (usually) more concerned about your roots, origin and antecedents. Yorùbá will agitate for indigenous representation (such as the Àwórì and Ègùn in Lagos and in Ògùn) rather than religious. Open your eyes and don't allow them to push you to allow that destructive influence into our polity. Christians in Yorùbáland are mostly disingenuous and hypocritical. They will swallow hook, line and, sinker any propaganda that seems to push Christian (aka Ibo) agenda. They have been conditioned to "touch not my anointed" and have a disdain for tradition and culture. It is not a surprise that they get outwitted by discerning Yorùbá who can see tomorrow just like Awólọ́wọ̀ did 50+ years ago. Ẹ l'ajú yín sílẹ̀ kí tàlùbọ̀ tó kó wọ̀ọ́!!!! 2. The Otti propaganda is another thing we Yorùbás are stupid about. Recall that the 2023 elections had a prominent Christian (aka Ibo) candidate who used a Christian term "Obidiot" to sway millions. What this candidate did not account for was the "blast from the past" that showed that his people detested him so badly. It was irrefutable as it was digitally documented. He was the worst governor to ever rule the Christian State of Anambra. They are trying to avoid that mistake with @alexottiofr. In a few years, they'll point you to videos and images of women dancing and singing for him as evidence of his "competence"( even if this is just some JB logo or a water fountain). Be vigilant. You cannot beat them at propaganda of the mud. 3. Remember that you are the most populous tribe in Nigeria. Use your Yorùbá soft and economic power. 1. Educate your people offline! If you don't know what to educate your people follow @BusuyiOrisWorks and @AKakanfo and learn from their content. Teach your people!! 2. Employ competent Yorùbás! Don't be gatekeepers. Buy from Yorùbás. I don't mean only online vendors, I mean a deliberateness at ensuring you identify and buy from credible merchants offline. There's an agenda to wipe us off with chemicals embedded in our drinks and medication. @DAwojide and @femiadebimpe have been championing the fight against fake products. Take that fight further. Identify Yorùbás that sell originals and support them. 3. Support leaders who are unapologetically Yorùbá. Awólọ́wọ̀ was unapologetically Yorùbá as was Akíntọ́lá, Bọ́lá Ìgè and as is @officialABAT. Renounce any leadership that is not unapologetically Yorùbá both in the region and at federal levels. 4. Connect with Yorùbá in the diaspora. Yorùbá in Benin, Ghana, Sénégal, Sierra Leone etc. Build a very strong bond and cultural bridge. Yorùbá! Yorùbá!! Yorùbá!!! Ẹ̀meèló ni mo pe yín? Use your làákàyè!!! Dá tìẹ mọ̀!!! Èdùmàrè á ṣájú wa.

Nigerian twitter and the need to always look for Saviors so far its not of Nigerian origin It was Millei at some point.. Argentina is in coma, everybody don rest today its LKY.. Laughable IFLee Kuan Yew was Nigerian, this same Twitter would have buried him. 70% of Singaporeans lived in slums when he took over. Double-digit unemployment. Ethnic riots in the streets. Okay.. Read slowly what he did He jailed opponents. Sued critics into bankruptcy. Crushed press freedom. Ran a one party state for decades. Used fear as a governance tool, deliberately, unapologetically. The very things Nigerian Twitter screams about.. 1) authoritarian 2) heavy handed rule 3) suppression of dissent Singapore didn’t become Singapore despite the hardship of those reforms. It became Singapore because LKY refused to let comfort, noise, or popular opinion slow him down. Drag a seat, Sit down.. Stop Talking cos nobody is fooled. Def not on this side

🇻🇪 Venezuela — 28 million people 🇱🇾 Libya — 7 million people 🇦🇪 UAE — 10 million people 🇬🇧 UK — 67 million people 🇨🇦 Canada — 40 million people 🇳🇬 Nigeria — over 220 million people That’s a population almost twice all of them combined. Yet Nigeria struggles to produce around 1.3 – 1.6 million barrels per day in recent times Let’s be honest. With this kind of population, that level of production cannot sustainably carry a subsidy burden. We ran subsidy for decades. It drained public finances, distorted the market, and still didn’t fix infrastructure or improve living standards. After spending trillions on subsidy for years… what exactly did it solve?

This is an open challenge to all Nigerians. Since some of you are trying so hard to re-write history. There's a cash prize of 200k naira to be won by anyone that can list 5 big infrastructural projects started and completed by the British colonialists in the 120 years that they ruled Nigeria. These projects must exclude the railways and ports used for resources extractions and the Jebba and Carter Bridge I mentioned yesterday. It should exclude the Iju waterworks built by the colonial government to meet their demands for water. They must be projects similar to: (1) Kainji Dam (2) Third Mainland Bridge (3) Onitsha head Bridge (4) Abuja (5) The ongoing Lagos/Calabar coastal highway (6) The ongoing Sokoto/Badagry superhighway (7) The moribund Ajeokuta steel Etc. I will be sending the money to my Egbon @jon_d_doe once theres a winner. Open Challenge: List 5 big infrastructural projects started and completed by the British colonial government for the benefit of Nigerians. Cash Prize: N200k
