When 5 PL teams made the top 8 this was the exact reason why. Now all of a sudden it’s a disadvantage. Pick a struggle.

Here are clubs’ revenue multipliers vs the average revenue in their leagues: Real Madrid 6.1x Barca 5.1x PSG 6.0x Bayern 4.0x Man City 2.3x Spurs 1.8x Newcastle 1.1x If you can’t understand why that makes the PL a more competitive league, then you don’t have the brain capacity to engage in this discourse.
