After yesterday's biblical weather ☔️, which saw the @Rovers vs. @IpswichTown fixture abandoned at Ewood Park, Pleasington Playing Fields drained nicely to ensure there was a full programme in the @BlackburnLeague Super League with the pitches in great condition. Sunday 21st September Results: @FcObservatory won 6-1 against @BeehiveFC23 Ewood Blues won 7-1 against Greenfield @GuideVillaFC won 3-1 against @HelmshoreHFC Victoria lost 2-12 to 1B Tap @MellorOldBoysFC won 3-2 against @BlackburnEagle1 Sunnybank won 2-1 against Read United Sunnybank, who finished bottom of Division Two last season, now sit level on 12 points at the top of the Super League table with @FcObservatory and @TheFunkyFC.
