Warframe's endgame is frames or system you return and grind to built. Almost a seasonal theme like PoE for example. Compared to those: Anthem had no end-game or even barely a time sink system to stay in. It had good bone as core, but Bioware was long gone at that point. D4 on the other hand had only a decent at best Campaign with generic NPC's and a few bosses at the end. Failed on both single or end game aspect.

I feel like this is the biggest complaint with most Looter Shooters/ ARPGs. Lack of endgame. Anthem, Outriders, launch D4, etc. Yet Warframe is now the longest standing game in the genre and it legitimately lacks endgame. What’s their secret?

It was a mistake in first place. They can't compete in a huge market like Steam where you can find every kind of game in every genre, dig for gems or get some in huge discounts multiple time in a year. PS lost its edge for awhile now and only stays afloat (for now) because of their dedicated and cultivated fanbase. And honestly, they should pamper them more, give them more movie-games at "premium" price, GTA6 will be a complete farm for them to milk PS users. At the end, not everything lies in quality, money is money wherever it comes from.
