@MetroByTMobile I'm not wasting any more time with DMs. I already went through that with Steph. Why won't you investigate how my #MetroByTMobile account was hacked and my phone ported at 2:05am. There's a leak in your system.

@MetroByTMobile You don't actually take these allegations seriously, otherwise you wouldn't have said I should write a letter to corporate headquarters. You would have instead found out which store or employee is participating in fraud.

#metroPCS has serious security flaw and don't seem to mind.

#metrobytmobile does note take a system hack seriously. Just wasted an hour of time in a private correspondence, only to be told that I should write to corporate headquarters. Seriously? My account was hacked and device change made at 2:05AM and they don't think it's serious.
