@unaids is a proud founding partner of @OAFLAD and I was delighted to join their 29th General Assembly in Addis - an important moment to commemorate and build on the legacy of leadership & rights secured at the Fourth World Conference on Women in Beijing, 30 yrs ago.
I was fortunate to be there and amongst the women who called on governments to entrench gender equality in law and in practice.
The African Women's Caucus championed the critical area of the rights of the girl child in the Beijing Platform for Action.
