@Telstra @quan_sun Here is a brilliant idea: we should charge people monthly fee to monitor their @Telstra internet and request service disruption refund automatically every month and take a 20% cut from it.

For the last two months, we've experienced two major outages, and another one just started this Monday morning. Each of them lasts more than one week. @Telstra And your "MAKE A COMPLAINT" page stops working, is it because there are too many complaints?
