I’m calling on @SpeakerJohnson to create a January 6th Select Committee. Releasing the tapes is not enough! There needs to be investigations and ACCOUNTABILITY for ALL of the lies, deceit, and lives ruined. Every member of the Jan 6th committee, Nancy Pelosi, FBI, DOJ, DC Police, Cap Police, Jan 6 witnesses who lied, all need to be subpoenaed. Criminal referrals must be written and prosecutions MUST happen under a Trump DOJ. I’ve said it all along, MAGA did not do this.

REPORT: Donald Trump reportedly pulled out a piece of paper from his suit jacket in court, claiming it would clear him of all wrongdoing in the $250M fraud case. Left-wing Judge Arthur Engoron refused to let him read it. The paper in question reportedly was a disclaimer clause relating to a financial statement that AG Letitia James is using to go after him. "I would love to read this, Your Honor, if I could?" Trump reportedly asked the judge. "Not at this point, not at this point," Engoron replied. "I’m shocked," Trump shot back. The disclaimer clause, according to Trump, meant that he wasn't liable for any inaccuracies on the documents. "I think that the statements of financial conditions were very good, were actually somewhat conservative, and they were totally protected, and so was I, by the disclaimer clause," Trump argued. @johnEiid @CollinRugg Or maybe because there is a way to introduce evidence…. His attorneys can and should submit the evidence if it is helpful to his case. You don’t get to just give speeches in court. I hope you never have to be on trial, but you wouldn’t be allowed to either.

Is this hypocrisy? Yesterday Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders signed an Executive Order to ban "woke nonsense" language from the State Government. This includes phrases like "pregnant people," "laboring person," "birth-giver,” etc. Why are all the free speech supporters suddenly sitting on their hands? You know very well that if this was a Democrat banning words and phrases, there would be copies of the First Amendment stapled on every telephone pole in America.

@Hatari1984 @EdKrassen @d2fl Both of those terms would exclude biological men. So those terms are actually intended to clarify more specifically to prevent biological men from being included as women. Also, what happened to free speech? I thought the government wasn’t supposed to regulate speech?

@EdKrassen @d2fl Except these words are being used to replace words that are biologically indisputable. ONLY a Female aka Woman can give birth. No other person can. The whole point of adding "birthing person" or "womb carriers" is an attempt to include biological men in areas meant for females.

Zelenskyy is coming to Washington DC this week and the House is supposed to vote for the Defense bill which includes another $300 million more for Ukraine. He’s already gotten over $113 billion of Americans hard earned taxpayer dollars. I’ve never voted to send a penny to Ukraine and I’m not voting for it this week especially with Zelenskyy in town wearing his green T-shirt acting like he’s at war while he’s telling Joe Biden what to do. America’s only position in Ukraine should be pushing for peace, not funding a war that is killing people every single day and recking Europe’s economy.
