I've vibe coded this game using Fable in one shot. here is how I did it: Jokes aside, I use Claude via mcp bridge for writing cpp and Blue prints! What I've got done today: 1. Added Water sim, 2. Water Fall sim (oh gravity), 3. procedural foliage. 4. test and validation In the background: I'm heavily working on the game story line! So much harder than anticipated! #indiegame #ue5 #mcp

@HeyBuildoor @colosseum So, what is going on here? Is this something someone can use to add to a pre existing game? Like is this a cutscene builder or is it like phaser.io

Running it back to our @colosseum week 2 project update. This week was about stories and stats. Stats create progression. Stories create attachment. Most idle games stop at “send character, wait, claim reward.” HeyBuildoor lets creators build missions with lore, outcomes, character progression, and reasons for players to care about what happens next. A game economy gets players to click. A story gives them a reason to return.

Building or supporting a Frontier project in one of these? • Payments/Fintech • Gaming • Security/Privacy • RWA • Wallets • Data/Governance • Verticals Drop it below 👇 I’ll use this as a starting point, together with my own checks, for the next category breakdowns.

Sailor@solana_sailor

Next Frontier category I looked at: Infra 👇 279 projects entered this macro area across Developer Infrastructure, DePIN, Interoperability & Bridges, Validator/Staking Infra and ZK/Crypto Research After scrolling through the projects, this side of Frontier seems to be forming around a few clear infrastructure layers: • Prediction markets need deeper infrastructure Example: @predikt_gg, building infrastructure for prediction market data, liquidity and execution • Builders need Solana-native workbenches Example: @DaemonTerminal, an AI-native terminal and operator console for Solana • DePIN needs real-world data networks Example: @captur_go, a people-powered network for geospatial and location intelligence • Privacy needs encrypted execution Example: @encrypt_xyz, privacy infrastructure for Solana apps • DePIN needs more ways to connect real-world assets to onchain ownership Example: @hivebits_io, turning real bee farms into co-owned digital assets • Agent apps need payment and execution infrastructure Example: @agenttech, infrastructure for agent payments and execution • Onchain apps need notifications that do not leak user identity Example: @useheraldmail, privacy-preserving alerts for Solana apps Infra is usually less visible than apps, but a lot is clearly moving underneath And sooner or later, every great app needs strong infrastructure What Frontier infra project are you watching most closely?

Crypto has felt broken for a while. The OGs made their money and left. What’s left is top buyers, grifters, and people hoping someone else saves their bags. Belief is at rock bottom. Watching others win while you’re stuck holding the bag sucks. Especially when the same people who dumped on you are now compounding elsewhere, whether it be in different coins or other industries entirely. But guess what: Complaining and replaying “woulda, coulda, shoulda” changes nothing. You know what else doesn’t work? Buying a coin, hoping it magically goes up, and then blaming everyone else when it doesn’t. We all know the game. Most shitcoins had no real value, it was never investing, it was just trying to flip bags before the music stopped. No need to act innocent when someone else beats you to the exit. The old guard is gone. There are no more true bag workers. Whales don’t act like whales anymore. KOLs don’t have opinions, they just have bag bias. Here's the good news. The playing field is wide open again. If you don't like your position change it. Figure out what you actually believe in and become obsessed. Whether that means getting out or doubling down, you need to figure it out. Dming people on telegram, asking for hopium updates, or spreading hate on twitter is certainly not going to improve your situation. That energy is poison. This isn’t a bear post. The game is not over. Quite the opposite. I just see too many people moping around and felt compelled to say it: No one is coming to save us. The sooner we accept that, the faster things change. People are too scared to be bullish on anything crypto related right now. Can't blame them really, good chance you end up looking stupid, but... Pessimists get to be right. Optimists get to win.

After taking a look at each project individually I zoomed out and assessed the data  2,857 total submissions across 32 official categories and builders from 94 unique countries Here's what I found: - AI is the biggest category - Project Categories are becoming less meaningful due to overlap - Solana Mobile appeared across every category - AI, DeFi and Consumer is where builders concentrated - Stablecoins were much bigger than the Stablecoins category - Payments were concentrated in infrastructure: on/off ramps, fiat rails, and local money movement - x402 is still early, but growing with it expanding beyond simple payments - Huge overlap between Consumer apps and Solana mobile - Consumer apps were not just social apps - DeFi is becoming agentic and autonomous - Still early for prediction markets as a category - Privacy showed up the most in Finance - AI Agent platforms are increasingly mentioning language which implies onchain execution for users - Over half of the DePin projects had AI related language - Gaming showed up, with almost half being Solana Mobile related - Points / Rewards language overlapped with Consumer and Gaming the most - Telegram is a real surface for builders - UX Abstraction is a prevalent theme - Over half of the projects were solo built, with almost all being 2 or less team members - Almost half the submissions came from Asia - Asia's top lane: AI - Europe's top lane: DeFi - Africa's top lane: Consumer - North America's top lane: AI - South American's top lane: DeFi Here are some more statistics and notes: (stats are based on projects with a website and socials) - Top 3 category breakdown 1) AI (17.5%) 2) Consumer (15.7%) 3) DeFi (15%) AI + Consumer + DeFi concentration = 48.2% of total projects AI was the largest official category, but the more interesting stat is that AI language appeared in almost 2x as many projects as the official AI categories captured. - Top 3 categories by continent Asia: 1) AI (19.2%) 2) Consumer (15.4%) 3) DeFi (15.1%) Europe: 1) DeFi (16.8%) 2) Consumer (16%) 3) AI (15.1%) Africa 1) Consumer (17.9%) 2) AI (15.6%) 3) DeFi (13.2%) North America 1) AI (20.9%) 2) Consumer (17.6%) 3) DeFi (13.5%) South America 1) DeFi (15.2%) 2) AI (12.8%) 3) Consumer (9.6%) - UX Abstraction Clusters 1) Consumer 2) DeFi 3) AI - Telegram Clusters 1) Consumer 2) AI 3) Security - Builders who used a 'Mobile' tag 1) Africa (32.1%) 2) Europe (26%) 3) Oceania (25.2%) - Privacy Clusters 1) DeFi 2) Payments 3) Privacy - Prediction Markets 107 projects mentioned prediction market language, but only 15 were officially in the Markets & Exchanges category - Builder team stats Solo (60.9%) 2 people (22.6%) 3+ people (16.5%) Median Team Size (1) Avg Team Size (1.67) The Solo builder thesis is playing out - Categories are becoming less meaningful Theme as % of official category submissions: Stablecoins (2,500%) Prediction Markets (317%) Privacy (265%) AI (209%) Have to stop here due to X character limitations, hope these past few @colosseum tweets helped make the new builder landscape on Solana clearer

Characters, voiceovers, dialogue, story arcs. Build whatever your game needs. Onboarding becomes a scene. The villain shows up in act two. The mentor returns when the player gets stuck. You direct it. Heybuildoor ships the engine. You ship the story.
