Building the Future of Tech Communities in Africa

This is an open appreciation to the team managing speaker selection for @Web3LagosCon. From the first year of the conference, I decided to allow a complete independent team manage the selection of speakers to ensure that we accept quality talks and also open opportunities to new speakers who might not be popular enough to be invited for other events. While I contributed to the selection during the first conference, I gradually allowed them 100% control over the process so as to ensure that we have a competent process and I’m glad this men and lady has giving their best. I remember seeing them dropping a meeting link by 11pm 2days ago and I choose to join in at 12am to see how things are going. From an event of 30+ speakers, we have moved to 110+ and these amazing humans have has given their best to the process. I know it might be too early for this but I see how heavy it was this year amidst all your schedules and grateful how well you have handled things so far @LionessAtEase @SulemanHezekiah @AdogheDavid @NonseOdion
