Well…. Credit to Iowa State… they’ve buried shots…. The portal giveth and taketh away. Our portal effort has put together an offensively capable roster, that lacks GIA grit. Sometimes, just “get your ass down and guard your guy” which is something I could hear Eddie saying a lot if I just close my eyes. Frustrating for sure. We look disconnected, disengaged, and unwilling to bleed for the brand. The “Remember the 10” breakout was a little forced and these guys who I know are good dudes. Quality young men for sure….. but …. Willing to put their face in the fire for the truly Loyal and True ain’t showing up
