Day 80 of 365- Tonight I spent a lot of time working on riseball. I Worked on feeling my middle finger, making some grip adjustments and really feeling seams. It’s going to be a great season!!

Last lesson with Dillon! She is headed to Wheaton College-Dillon really knows who she is as a person with a strong faith, balances her life well, and has an unselfish love for the world. You are going to do so great Dillon, the world is lucky to get you! #kfppitchers

That last lessons are always the hardest for me. Mady has been a staple in the KFP building for years! She is heading to Colorado School of Mines with the best and brightest! 🫏 I’m so proud of you Mady and can’t wait to watch you have an awesome freshman year! #kfppitchers

For all the pitchers that just finished a long week in Colorado- take care of your body. Rest, foam roll, ice bath, stretch, arm bands and reset! Good luck as you head into your next tournament!

Long toss- So great for getting a stronger arm!

Never let athletic success inflate your ego. Just because you’re a successful athlete doesn’t mean you’re a better person than others. No matter how successful you become, always remain humble.

Who needs this today? It’s easy to say you Trust in Gods plan when your life is going the way you want. But when you are tested do you still Trust? James 1:2 is a great verse for athletes to lean into when injury arises. #TrustHisPlan
