(3) There needs to be investment in foundational data assets that can be re-used; cities must have the vision to think longer-term, and we can learn from each other to set what ambitious, yet realistic, achievements can look like for residents.

(1) Specific use cases should guide any #data product development, #digitaltwins are no different. (2) It is key, not only to building trust and good governance, but also to prioritise datasets for onboarding and to make technical investments.
