@Noahpinion My daughters live in G (one in my house which she rents). C would be the best though contains many excellent restaurants in both ends, the symphony and opera, night clubs and a lot of museums. Also contains the tenderloin though.

@billiceberg I find the hatred of gentrification to be another example of leftist stupidity. In California blacks have been replaced in LA and SF by Hispanics (Maxine Waters district went from 90% black to 75% Hispanic during her 30 year tenure). Never seen this talked about.

@hekwoys @razibkhan This might be a selection bias though? I imagine for example that Jews who know their ancestry is 100% Ashkenazi would be less curious about their ancestry and less likely to get a 23andme. Certainly this applies to my family.

For example, the median Scandinavian-American is only ~1/4 Scandinavian, ie endogamy stopped ~2 generations ago (~60s)
