@Notwokenow I don’t disagree that he sounds terrible but that’s between him and the people in the audience whose money he stole. On a positive note, he no longer looks like he ate Duff McKagan!

Eventually, you’re going to have to accept that 99% of the people on this platform are morons that don’t know anything. They don’t have inside sources, they are constantly wrong, and will move on to the next topic without explaining how they wildly missed their last theory. Once you accept it, this place is amazing and that 1% make it even better.

The U.S. must immediately make clear to Israel that the ceasefire agreement is not and cannot be functional without a ceasefire in Lebanon. The American people want this war to end and bombing downtown Beirut is not a path to peace.

@DontBH8N_ @AndrewKolvet @Pismo_B You are misrepresenting what the ‘rules’ are. The attcks are only raised to a level of war crime if the attack causes dangerous forces (radiation, flooding) and/or has disproportionate impact on civilians (destroy power generation that achieves no military goal).

CONTEXT: Retired fighter pilot Wiz Buckley points out that Mark Kelly targeted civilian infrastructure as a pilot. He targeted power plants, TV stations, and roads in the opening hours of that war, while up until now, President Trump has avoided hitting civilian infrastructure to spare the Iranian people.

@727_hugo @RealSpitfire Iran has been fighting wars outside it's borders for 40+ years. At least we are targeting members of the regime instead of lobbing rockets indiscriminately.

@RealSpitfire and you're proud of this? just technological murder of people who are defending their own land, their sovereignty. who gives you the right, moral or otherwise to do this? maybe you also justify killing more palestinians with american bombs/ That feel good to you??

We literally setup a temporary special forces base inside Iran and flew in 300 Army, Navy, and AF special forces troops and little bird gun ships. Then we fought a whole mini war and killed like 1500 Iranian soldiers in 6 hours. And all we left behind was a pair of American flag underwear and some MRE’s. I’m not pro war… but holy sht we can do some amazing things.

Easter is an amazing American holiday 2026 years ago today, at this very hour, a great American, Jesus, emerged from the tomb where he’d been imprisoned and sleeping for 3 days, and rolled the stone away He would go on to literally write the Bible in English He is Risen 🇺🇸

@Jiggser @KurtSchlichter If they don’t want to commit to combat, I’m fine with that. Don’t want to support escorts in Hormuz, well that’s pret weak but acceptable since it could lead to direct combat. Denying airspace to our aircraft? That’s just petty and harmful to any relationship.

@KurtSchlichter Trump must have known he'd likely get negative responses, the attacks were technically illegal, and anyway NATO is solely for defence. Mind you, if he had discussed it with his allies before the surprise attacks he might have got more co-operation.

The Europeans are not dealing with “a man.” They are dealing with the United States of America. The United States needed the most innocuous kind of cooperation from them. They denied the United States that cooperation. The implied argument is that their obligations within our alliance depend on whether they like the guy we chose as our president. “Sure, we’re allies…if we approve of who you elected.” Nope. We are not going to forget, and we’re not going to forgive. I’m indifferent to their excuses or their rationalizations. The United States of America needed their help and not very much help. They turned us down. That changes everything. And they aren’t going to like how it changes everything.
Gerard Baker@gerardtbaker

The casuistry here is remarkable. This is the simple reality: Like most Americans, most Europeans think this war is a bad idea.Their governments are being asked to take a huge risk by a man who has proved unreliable, volatile and intemperate over and over. Who would do that?

Comrades, I've decided to turn far-right and vote for Restore. My wife and I have decided to send my wife's boyfriend to a mental hospital and burn all his drugs. We've purchased a Bible and we're going to read it one chapter a day till we've finished it. I have reached out to the local ginger community to ask whether I can make a public apology for my gingerphobia. The climate change thing is very obviously pseudoscience. All the climate scientists are just activists. I can't believe we took people in with it!

The birthright citizenship case this morning is really more about politics than it is the law. If the Administration loses nothing of substance will change. But the debate has been joined, and taken to the very highest level of discourse. Two years ago no one would have even imagined this issue would be before the Supreme Court. But Pres. Trump FORCED it there. As is true in many areas of his second term, he has swung for the fences on this topic. It is worth the effort but it falls in the category of "Nothing ventured, nothing gained." Even an adverse decision won't end the debate. It will simply redirect the debate to a different forum where the political branches will need to confront it. The Democrats and open border advocates among the socialists and communists never imagined that the building of their constituencies would come under attack in this fashion. But the debate has exposed that this is about so much more that migrant illegals coming to the US and starting families, with their children being citizens. This is about a vulnerability to our country, our governance, and our culture to the deliberate and purposeful colonization via mass third-world migration with malicious political, cultural, and religious goals.

@shipwreckedcrew Ship, you are cornered by the Amendment. Yes, Section 5 has the directive to pass legislation “to enforce” the Amendment; but that is no foundation to change the clear language of the Amendment. I mean - what valid legislation could even modify the birth citizenship directive?

That's it. That's the best picture from Saturday's No Kings protests in the USA. The literal Statue of Liberty being detained by police. It doesn't get much more poetic than this.
