I don’t want to be that guy. On the face it’s justified but there is an underlying thought of the lady was trying to get away and it spooked the officer. Like if he could have processed the information in a way to realize she was most likely no threat and should just jump out of the way. But we also don’t know what was happening leading up to this.

“Get out of your car” proceeds to put the car in park and drive right at the ICE officer. This was obviously a lawful justified shooting. We aren't going to let little-Somalia (AKA Minneapolis) start another national riot.
