It’s crazy to imagine months ago I was far from healthy, struggling with my diabetes, out of breath a A LOT. Then gastric sleeve surgery happened in October. Today I hit the 40 lbs lost milestone. What I lost in weight I gained in strength of the mind, body and soul.

Feels good to be back to work after some time off recuperating… it was a long and painful journey but it reset my mind & body. I’m so grateful for it. Bariatric works! I’m down 31 lbs, and incredibly blessed to have some amazing support from family, friends and my AT&T family.
