Our thoughts are with the communities affected by the widespread flooding in Central and South Texas. As the public safety network provider we are dedicated to keeping first responders connected. The FirstNet Response Operations Group (ROG) is on the ground assisting first responders with their critical connectivity needs and has deployed dedicated FirstNet portable cell sites at public safety’s request. FirstNet liaisons are also in contact with federal, state and local officials and the team is prepared to deploy additional dedicated FirstNet assets at the request of public safety to further support their emergency communications as needed.

Been on @ATT with Firstnet since November. The service isn’t that great and I can’t even hold a call at my house without wifi calling. Thinking I need to go back to @Verizon ! AT&T in our town should be able to hold a call while driving also! Always fading out @ATT @FirstNet

@FirstNet my @Xfinity WiFi is out. My cellular network and data from you is worthless and also not working properly. My whole reason for switching to @FirstNet was to never be without the ability to operate.

Great question! A FirstNet account can include multiple lines when each FirstNet line is for an eligible first responder. For personal accounts, eligible responders can also add family lines through FirstNet and Family, but those family lines use the AT&T network—not the FirstNet core. @FirstNet After the government gave AT&T $7 Billion dollars to develop Firstnet its still a mess. I couldn't upgrade my phone online and had to call. Order was a huge mess and had to return the first phone. Now, I cannot upgrade my watch online. Cannot even log in to Firstnet
