@iphasa_africa The process of transitioning adolescents and young people to the adult HIV clinic remains a challenge in most of our programs. We need innovative strategies on how to do this in a sustainable and efficient way, for better outcomes of our clients, more so, in this era of DSD.

Study: Virological failure following enhanced adherence counseling among children and adolescents on dolutegravir-based versus other regimens (Cameroon): Children and Adolescents on DTG based regimens continue to have more viral suppression compared to other drugs.

Dr. Boniface Oriokot: Using the Operation Triple Zero (OTZ) model to improve retention and viral suppression of Adolescents living with HIV. Barriers at individual, health facility and family/community level need to be creatively addressed to ensure better treatment outcomes.
